Terms of Use
Last updated August 14, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TriageDesk (the “Service”), operated by Kynth Studios (“TriageDesk,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
// 001
The Service
TriageDesk triages a shared inbox. It reads unread mail overnight, works out what each message is and how urgent it is, and drafts one reply per conversation for you to approve, edit or kill. Approving stages the reply behind an undo window; nothing is sent from your connected mailbox until you have approved it and that window has elapsed.
// 002
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must beauthorized to connect any mailbox you link to the Service.
// 003
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive messages.
- Send replies to people who did not write to the mailbox you connected.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including messaging and privacy laws.
You are responsible for ensuring the replies that go out under your account comply with the laws that apply to you and the people who wrote to you.
// 004
Your content and data
You retain ownership of your data — the messages in the mailbox you connect, the replies the agent drafts, and the answers your team saves. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you, such as reading unread mail to classify it and drafting a reply for your approval. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
// 005
Approval and sending
Messages are sent from the mailbox you connect, under the approval settings you choose. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and for the messages that are sent under your account.
// 006
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
// 007
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Kynth Studios and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or brand.
// 008
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TriageDesk does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing in the Service is a substitute for professional advice.
// 009
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriageDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
// 010
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
// 011
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
